Antenatal Classes

A course of evening classes which are offered on a Sunday or Tuesday, for the duration of four weeks. The classes are conducted in a positive and informal environment by our experienced midwife. Topics which are covered include; pregnancy, coping skills for labour and birth, active birth, breathing and massage, pain management, challenges of labour, feeding your baby and caring for a newborn. The course is very popular so advanced booking is recommended. Birth partners are encouraged to attend. It is a great opportunity to meet other couples who are expecting a baby in Dubai.
